SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Facility Automation Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not opt in to our SMS messaging program.
2. Description of SMS Service
Facility Automation Solutions provides SMS messaging for service-related, operational, and support communications. Messages may include:
- Service appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
- Building automation system alerts and notifications
- Project coordination and status updates
- Support ticket updates and follow-ups
- Technician dispatch and field service communications
This SMS program is used exclusively for 1-to-1 conversational messaging related to our services. It is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Opt-In and Consent
You consent to receive SMS messages from Facility Automation Solutions when you provide your mobile phone number directly to our staff during service engagements, project onboarding, support requests, or other direct business interactions. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active service engagements and support interactions. You will only receive messages relevant to your ongoing projects or service requests with Facility Automation Solutions.
5. Costs and Charges
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Facility Automation Solutions does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply.
6. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also contact us at the information below to request removal.
7. Help
For assistance with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the information in Section 12 below.
8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
Your phone number and opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through this SMS program with third parties for their marketing purposes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
SMS messaging is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages. SMS should not be relied upon as the sole means of receiving critical system alerts. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery attributable to carrier networks or device issues.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
